CANCELLATION POLICY

At Wags & Whiskers, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fair scheduling and the best care for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Notice period: we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. This allows us time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client. 

  • Late cancellations: cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price.

  • No access: if we arrive for a scheduled visit and are unable to access your pet or home without prior notice, the full service fee will apply.

  • Emergencies: we understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PET HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

For the safety of your pet and others, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or behavioral concerns during booking. This ensures we can provide the best, safest care tailored to your pet’s needs.

EMERGENCY POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

In case of illness or injury during our care, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached or in an urgent situation, we are authorised to seek veterinary treatment at your preferred vet clinic or the nearest emergency facility. You agree to be responsible for any veterinary fees incurred.

LIABILITY POLICY

We guarantee attentive, compassionate, and timely care for your pet. However, we cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur despite our best efforts. Clients agree to hold us harmless for any such incidents.
